The "sons of God" in Genesis 6:2 Debate
Within Christian theology, there is a question as to the giants of old, those in the days of Noah. This is a fascinating subject and I’d like to write about why I believe these giants were indeed the offspring of the fallen angels (called “sons of God”) and human women. These giants were called Nephilim.
The Christians who oppose this teaching believe the “sons of God” that had sex with women in the days of Noah were the godly sons of Seth. Well, how in the world would evil overtake the earth to the point of God’s judgment of the flood, if their offspring were godly?
Let's take a moment to read 1 Cor 7:14: "For the unbelieving husband is sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified through her believing husband; for otherwise your children are unclean, but now they are holy." That’s my point. In fact, Noah and his family were of the "godly line of Seth". Those who follow the sons of Seth theology also believe that evil spirits might be “disembodied spirits of a pre-Adamic race”. Surely, God indeed told Adam and Eve (pre-flood) what He told Noah and his family (post-flood) ~ to "replenish the earth" (Gen 1:28 and 9:1). Was there a human race prior to the new life given to the planet earth (Gen 1:2)? Well, if human spirits can be disembodied, that would defy what the Bible says in Heb 9:27: "And inasmuch as it is appointed for men to die once and after this comes judgment". However, they may be on the right track, IF they considered the disembodied spirits to be those of the Nephilim...Let’s keep reading:
A Prison in Hell? (Tartaroo)
In my study of the word “hell”, there is one Greek word called “tartaroo”. Here is the definition: tartaroo (tar-tar-o’-o) the deepest abyss of hades; to incarcerate in eternal torment: - cast down to hell.
We all know that incarceration is that of prison, right? In the account of the rich man and Lazarus, we are told that the rich man went to hades, while Lazarus went to the bosom of Abraham (Luke 16:19-31). The definition of hades is: hades (hah’-dace) “hades” or the place (state) of departed souls: - grave, hell. We do not see “incarcerate” in this definition. Indeed, the rich man was in flames, but certainly not in chains.
It’s evident that there are levels of hades. The deepest level of hades is tartaroo, a place of incarceration, based on the definitions shown above. As we keep reading, we will see this is where the angels who sinned in the days of Noah are incarcerated.
What the Bible says:
Are angels ever called "sons of God" anywhere else in the Bible? Absolutely. Look at Job 38:4-7: "Where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth? Tell Me, if you have understanding, Who set its measurements? Since you know. Or who stretched the line on it? On what were its bases sunk? Or who laid its cornerstone, when the morning stars sang together And all the sons of God shouted for joy?" It surely doesn't sound like man was around when the earth was created.
Gen 6:2 states, “That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.” Obviously, this is referring to the fallen angels.
I think it wise to note here that all angels that appeared in human form in the Bible were male.
In verse 4 we read, “The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men, and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown.” (NAS)
“There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.” (KJV)

What the Book of Enoch says:
The Book of Enoch was included in the Bible for 500 years, from the second century BC to the mid-third century AD. While it was removed from the Scriptures by the Council of Laodicea, the Book of Enoch still remains canonized in the Bibles of Ethiopia to this day. The Book of Jasher was also removed, yet it is mentioned in the Bible in Josh 10:13 and 2 Sam 1:18. Enoch was the seventh son of Adam and is mentioned 13 times in the Bible we have today. He is said to have “walked with God” (Gen 5:24) and that “he did not see death”, like Elijah, for God took him and he was not seen on the earth any longer (Heb 11:5).
In reviewing the Book of Enoch, he writes of the account in Gen 6:2-4 as follows:
Enoch 6:1-2 “And it came to pass when the children of men had multiplied that in those days were born unto them beautiful and comely daughters. And the angels, the children of the heaven, saw and lusted after them, and said to one another, ‘Come, let us choose us wives from among the children of men and beget us children.’
This “imprecation” continues in the following verses, “And Semjaza, who was their leader, said unto them: ‘I fear ye will not indeed agree to do this deed, and I alone shall have to pay the penalty of a great sin.’ And they all answered him and said: ‘Let us all swear an oath, and all bind ourselves by mutual imprecations not to abandon this plan but to do this thing.’ Then sware they all together and bound themselves by mutual imprecations upon it. And they were in all two hundred; who descended in the days of Jared on the summit of Mount Hermon, and they call it Mount Hermon, because they had sworn and bound themselves by mutual imprecations upon it.” Did you know that Jared was the father of Enoch? He lived 162 years when he begat Enoch, then another 800 years (See Gen 5:18-19).
In Enoch 8:8 we read, “And they have gone into the daughters of men upon the earth, and have slept with the women, and have defiled themselves, and revealed to them all kinds of sins. And the women have borne giants, and the whole earth has thereby been filled with blood and unrighteousness.” In Enoch 7:2 it is said these giants measured “3,000 ells”. An ell is equivalent to 45” x 3,000 = 135,000” or 11,250’, roughly 2.13 miles tall. Another verse states they were 300 cubits tall or 450 feet (600' if using Jewish cubit measurements). This seems more reasonable, as it's a little over a quarter mile tall.
In Enoch 10:2, the LORD instructs His angel, Uriel to go to the son of Lamech, saying to him, ‘Go to Noah and tell him in My name, ‘Hide thyself!’, and reveal to him the end that is approaching: that the whole earth will be destroyed, and a deluge is about to come upon the whole earth, and will destroy all that is on it.”
In verses 13-15 the judgment of God is given to these fallen angels who sinned: “They shall be led off to the abyss of fire: and to the torment and the prison in which they shall be confined for ever. And whosoever shall be condemned and destroyed will from thenceforth be bound together with them to the end of all generations. And destroy all the spirits of the reprobate and the children of the Watchers (this is what these fallen angels were called), because they have wronged mankind.”
Enoch 14:3 confirms again, “Wherefore have ye left the high, holy, and eternal heaven, and lain with women, and defiled yourselves with the daughters of men and taken to yourselves wives, and done like the children of earth, and begotten giants as your sons.”
Compare the Bible and Enoch
Having read some of the passages in the Book of Enoch, we can now go back and re-read Gen 6:2-4 above. Here are a few more verses in the Bible that will be more clear, in light of what the Book of Enoch revealed:.
Eph 4:9 “(Now that He ascended, what is it but that He also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?)", along with 1 Pet 3:19-20: "By which also He went and preached unto the spirits in prison; which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah,"
What was the judgment of God on these fallen angels for this sin? 2 Pet 2:4 states “For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell (tartaroos: the deepest abyss of hades) and committed them to pits of darkness, reserved for judgment; and did not spare the ancient world, but preserved Noah, a preacher of righteousness, with seven others, when He brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly;”
Jude 1:6 makes it very clear: "And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, He hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day."
The final judgment is shown in Rev 20:14-15 “And death and hades were thrown into the lake of fire (geenna). This is the second death, the lake of fire. And if anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.”
The Watchers Taught Witchcraft
The book of Enoch goes on to state what these fallen angels (Watchers) taught men, evil which is still practiced to this day:
Enoch 7:1, 5-6 state the following sins shown to man: “charms and enchantments, and the cutting of roots, to sin against birds, and beasts, and reptiles, and fish, and to devour one another’s flesh, and drink the blood.”
Chapter 8:1, 3 go on with bracelets, ornaments, and the use of antimony, and the beautifying of the eyelids, and all kinds of costly stones, and all colouring tinctures; resolving of enchantments, astrology, constellations, knowledge of the clouds, the signs of the earth, sun, and course of the moon.”
Let’s check out what is said about this “knowledge of secrets” in Enoch 16:3 “You have been in heaven, but all the mysteries had not yet been revealed to you, and you knew worthless ones, and these in the hardness of your hearts you have made known to the women, and through these mysteries women and men work much evil on earth.”
Evil Spirits
God’s angels are not to procreate. Mat 22:30/Mark 12:25/Luke 20:35 state, “For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.” The angels cannot procreate with each other. However, these fallen angels left heaven and were able to procreate with humans and were cast into everlasting prison for this sin. So where do evil spirits come from? They are the spirits of these giants, the offspring of the fallen angels and human women as shown here:
Enoch 15:8 states, “And now, the giants, who are proclaimed from the spirits and flesh, shall be called evil spirits upon the earth, and on the earth shall be their dwelling. Evil spirits have proceeded from their bodies; because they are born from men and from the holy Watchers is their beginning and primal origin; they shall be evil spirits on earth, and evil spirits shall they be called.”
Does it make a bit more sense now that Legion begged Jesus not to send them to the abyss in Luke 8:31: “They were imploring Him not to command them to go away into the abyss.”

In Conclusion
Some Christians don’t want to acknowledge the Book of Enoch, and I can certainly understand. Enoch knew things in the spiritual realm that can be overwhelming to the average person. We only use 10% of our brain, so I rest assured I will be able to handle more knowledge in my glorified body, praise God!
I test this book against what the Bible says. What aligns with the Bible, I ponder. If anything in any book outside the Bible contradicts the Bible, I wouldn't give it credence. We don’t know what could have been changed or altered in any book outside the Bible, so we are to remain guarded.
Thus far, I think we can say some “blanks” may have been filled in regarding the realm of evil, wouldn’t you? Pretty awesome stuff.

Facinating. I always believed that the giants were that size not the 8' that you always hear. My pastor had 8"x12" glossies of a footprint that he found and took a geologist that he knew to see. They took the evidence and submitted it to National Geographic Society and never heard anything about it again. I always get nervous around extra Biblical works but you give a compelling argument. I don't think we'll know for sure until we go home but this seems as plausible a story as I've heard. Good work sis. I love you lots and lots.
I think it interesting for anyone to look up the biblical height of Goliath, as he was only up to 10' tall. The giants of old, the Nephilim were over two miles tall!! Because Enoch exposes the fallen angels, I just wonder if some "act of the remaining fallen angels" didn't get this information removed from the Bible...just a thought...

I know and believe too that these were once angels but fell and were sinful taking human women which was an abomination to the Lord and so was their offspring of course. I believe however, that some of these alien sightings that go on in this day and age could in fact, be these offspring come to fool the earth once again with their lies. I wrote a book. It is one of my hubs entitled: BUTTERFLIES THAT PURR. It is merely fantasy mind you, but based on some interesting theories of my own. I however, will never read any books that are not found in the actual Bible. God had a reason not to include them. I believe the actual Bible is the divine message from God. If they were too they would be included and never taken away. I cannot take it to face value but it is interesting of course, to anyone who may be inclined, intrigued to read. I am just not interested. I will await for Jesus to reveal these secrets to me one day. All things then will be revealed for the curious mind.
Abrushing1968, I don't know why Enoch was mentioned in the Bible and walked so closely with God that he didn't see death (as Elijah), and if he indeed wrote what he saw and it was originally in the Bible canon, why it was ever removed. It's pretty intense reading. I've never read Jesher either, yet the Bible speaks of this book having been written. Again, I don't know why it would have ever been removed. Like I always say, if the Bible only had verses pertaining to salvation alone, I would get saved by that! This is just stuff that's interesting to observe.
Sciantel, I also wonder about UFO alien stuff. We are not to know everything or everything would have been revealed to us. Even the fallen angels didn't know everything, not even close. I think it awesome to consider even one of God's angels, Michael, will bind the Dragon (Satan) and throw him into the bottomless pit for the thousand-year reign. Goes to show how powerless Satan is when it comes to the awesome authority of God. Amen!
Fascinating research. I looked up 7:2 in the book of Enoch (Wikipedia) and came up with this endnote in reference to the measure of three thousand ells: The Ethiopian text gives 300 cubits (135 m), which is probably a corruption of 30 cubits (13.5 m). If the Nephilim were to have associations with men and women (the impartation of knowledge and procreation of children) 13.5m seems to be a more credible size. Enoch is a book that I'm unfamiliar with. But it seems that if 1 Peter 3:19,20 made reference to it and the early Church Fathers referred and quoted it, it would behoove us not to give it at least a fair hearing. Food for scriptural thought. 43 As you saw iron mixed with ceramic clay, they will mingle with the seed of men; but they will not adhere to one another, just as iron does not mix with clay.
Who is the "they" and what they doing with the seed of Men?

Abrushing1968, the passage in Daniel would have been after the time of the Nephilim, and is referring to prophecy of divided kingdoms in the last days:
41 And in that you saw the feet and toes, partly of potter’s clay and partly of iron, it will be a divided kingdom; but it will have in it the toughness of iron, inasmuch as you saw the iron mixed with common clay. 42 And as the toes of the feet were partly of iron and partly of pottery, so some of the kingdom will be strong and part of it will be brittle. 43 And in that you saw the iron mixed with common clay, they will combine with one another in the seed of men; but they will not adhere to one another, even as iron does not combine with pottery. 44 And in the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which will never be destroyed, and that kingdom will not be left for another people; it will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, but it will itself endure forever.
Gicky, 13.5 meters would be equivalent to 15 yards or 45 feet. Nothing is said about the size of the fallen angels; all we are told is the size of the giant offspring. Even 45 feet is incredible. I don't know that the giants mated with humans, but rather with each other. It's said that they actually ate humans (canables). Ewwweee. Thanks for the additional commentary. :-)
Another thing I have thought about Enoch. The verse said:That he was not, for God took him: It is hard to understand what that meant. I believe he was taken like we will be in the Rapture, and changed, to him that was his death.
Yes, he was taken up as Elijah was. We will indeed be changed into incorruptible when the rapture happens, praise God! I think that means we do not see death (for Paul says "we shall not all sleep" (die) [1 Cor 15:51], just that we are changed and taken up :-)

Yes the size of the fossilized footprint my "pappa" Joe found would make the person about 45 to 50 feet tall. Unbelievable, but I believe it. As far as the Bible canon is concerned, there were a lot of extra-biblical works known from oral tradition and there is a great deal of solid information in them but what I'd like to see is the recording (if there is any)of the counsil of Nicea that sorted this stuff out for the canon. I believe that this is the complete record for our use. If it was not God would have made sure to include it. I believe that there is something in each of the extra biblical works that disqualifies it. I think they thought it was better to cut out some facts in a non inspired text that were true then to include facts in the canon that had to be discounted. Once the precident is set to deny any fact in the canon, then anyone will say "see you guy all say that isn't true but it's in the bible. What makes any of the rest of it be true." That's why I get nervous around it. But we have it on reasonable authority that John was boiled in oil. That is extra biblical but accepted. I believe that Enoch has much fact but is extra biblical. no body, I myself never really understood why the Catholic Bible contains the apocrypha and ours doesn't. I don't know why anything would be decided by a council as to what is to be the Bible we live by and what is not, for many things are prophetic in the Bible and not proven to date....yet. However, the Bible we have doesn't contradict itself, and I certainly won't consider anything prophetic or true that contradicts the Bible. But, I can see the Bible has some cause for theological debate, as it only has partial information because of missing pieces.
Thus far, it appears the giants are Biblical. The details of their height and specific behaviors are not known as fact, just what's in the Book of Enoch. Certainly, it appears more sound than a "pre-Adamic race" or godly sons of Seth creating giants. People just don't want to believe that fallen angels had giants with women. It seems too mythological; however, it is a theological subject amongst the best of Bible scholars in orthodox Christianity.
Tigermadstanley, thank you ~ I thought this might just be some interesting "food for thought", if anything, just to know what theologians discuss on this matter. It's certainly not a matter of salvation through Jesus Christ, but just entertaining reading. If all this is true, it certainly shows we have an awesome God that even the fallen angels fear to sin against! It also explains where man learned all the sorceries and magic they practice today.

Yes, I believe the Word of God, and I think there are more evidence of Biblical findings that proves that the Bible is truth,during excavation. Royal sister! I know that we only know what we are given; I understand the Nicean Council came together to decide what would be included in our Bibles, for some was not! I think this is sinful, but yet the Lord is victorious. I always say, just a little bit of His Word would have brought me to Him. He gives it to us in Spirit, as He did before the Bible was ever written; amen! Nothing can stop the revelation of the Lord; amen!!!
Where and when were all those giants skeletons unburied? by whom? where are they now?
Whitout a satisfactory answer to above questions we should not start to believe anything.
Simple fact of showing a big skeleton doesn't mean nothing, specially fallen angels, abnormal people is rare but not impossible, it doesn't take a fallen angel for abnornality.
Hi Louis :-) I thought not to put any "evidence" in this hub, for in the Bible, we are not to seek after evidence. What good does evidence do when it still will be doubted because it's nothing like we've ever "seen" or experienced. Mainly, the point here is to show the Bible says specifically that there were "angels who sinned" in the days of Noah and are in "prison" in the "lower parts of the earth". These passages are not talking about people who sinned who are imprisoned in the lower parts of the earth. The term "sons of God" here is reasoned between the best theologians, and that is what this hub is for ~ to show the "why"...

/Brenda, I would think it would definitely take a flood to get rid of all of them, for sure ~ except that their spirits are still roaming around seeking whom they may devour! According to Enoch, these giants got so evil they actually ate us little people! Hard to imagine their fathers lamented watching their "children" slay each other as well. /Brenda, Based on Revelation, when Satan is bound, I believe they will also be (assuming). When Satan is cast into the Lake of Fire, they will be also (all evil will be). Praise God they cannot have any dominion over the Lord's children, and we are out here to share the gospel of salvation to all who believe. I consider the 70 believers that returned to Jesus to say that even the demons are subject to His name! I also consider that just one angel of the Lord, Michael, will bind Satan and throw him into the pit for that thousand years ~ just ONE angel of our Lord, who yet kept 2/3 of the angelic hosts. Satan only took 1/3 with him, and according to Enoch, 200 of them are incarcerated in Tartaroo. Obviously, the fallen angels must fear God. Enoch says the evil spirits or demons are the spirits of the slain giants.
Makes me think about Legion, who begged Jesus not to send them to the abyss (Tartaroo) where their fathers are...not such a great reunion, I think! Just interesting to ponder...

Actually, one doesn't even need the book of Enoch to prove that the theory of the Nephilim being the product of human women and fallen angels is true. Just look at the neighboring nations to the people of God. Greece, Babylon,Sumeria, etc all had their beliefs in the demi-god. The demi-god according to legend was a man born of the product of a god and mortal woman copulating. The demi-god was amongst other things known mostly for their strength, and heroic deeds.
Most Christians know that the pagan gods were (depending on your view) A: Demons, B: Idols with demons behind them. I tend to go for option A.
The Bible also calls the Nephilim the "mighty men", "men of renown" and "the heroes of old"
There's too much parallel between the story of the Nephilim and the demi-gods for me to think that the Nephilim were just born of two mortals.
Good points, Sanctus. I also read drpastorcarlotta's response to another hubber that refutes that angels can and did procreate on earth. Angels always showed up in human form (male) and at Sodom, the men of that city wanted to rape the angels. Not only do we know Lucifer (or heylel) was an angel and is referred to as the "son of the dawn" (using the word "son"), but also the antichrist is the angel of destruction in the flesh that comes up out of the abyss and is called the "son of perdition" (perdition means destruction). Angels are called sons, and more and more, this is proven by scripture. Angels are not to procreate amongst themselves, and obviously, when the fallen angels took on human form, they did procreate with human women. This was the grave sin against God's Law that sent them to the abyss (Tartaroo). Not all the angels sinned this way, and thus they apparantly fear God, though they've been cast down to the earth. They are at work here, and also the demons or devils that, according to Enoch, are the spirits of the 200 fallen angels' offspring (and their offspring), the Nephilim.
And I'm also of the belief that the angels actually couldn't procreate among themselves, because (for lack of a better term) they were "asexual" not having the parts. By them leaving their first estate, and copulating with the daughters of man; it's symbolic of them opting to become flesh instead of remaining as spiritual beings.
Only by leaving their first estate could they partake in the pleasures of the flesh, and that's something that an angel shouldn't be doing.
Sanctus, I'm not so sure that leaving their first estate would be not being angels anymore, but rather perhaps taking on human form. This is because the "angels who sinned" are incarcerated in Tartaroo. I don't think angels can ever stop being angels.
OR the nephilim were related to aliens as the original book cataloging their existence explains, the rest of her conclusions make her feel more important, how wonderful for her! But wouldn't that be a pleasure of the flesh? Jesus tells us in Matthew 24:37 "37But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be".
When we look back at Genesis 6: we see that state that Jesus is referring to:
1 When men began to increase in number on the earth and daughters were born to them, 2 the sons of God saw that the daughters of men were beautiful, and they married any of them they chose. 3 Then the LORD said, "My Spirit will not contend with [a] man forever, for he is mortal [b] ; his days will be a hundred and twenty years."
4 The Nephilim were on the earth in those days—and also afterward—when the sons of God went to the daughters of men and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown.
5 The LORD saw how great man's wickedness on the earth had become, and that every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil all the time. 6 The LORD was grieved that he had made man on the earth, and his heart was filled with pain. 7 So the LORD said, "I will wipe mankind, whom I have created, from the face of the earth—men and animals, and creatures that move along the ground, and birds of the air—for I am grieved that I have made them." 8 But Noah found favor in the eyes of the LORD.
They are coming back just like Jesus said. I also wanted to mention that the book of Enoch was in Bibles until about 500 years ago.

Hi Al Sayr, I've heard the teachings about the "return of the Nephilim", but I'm not so sure they themselves will return as giants (or aliens, for that matter). According to the Book of Enoch, the spirits of these giants are the demons active on earth ever since, and are likewise influencing mankind into greater and greater wickedness, as they did in the days of Noah.
Jesus said mankind will be in the condition of wickedness as they were back then when He returns. Likewise, He said it will as wicked as Sodom and Gomorrah (as in the days of Lot).
And yes, the Book of Enoch was included in the Bible for 500 years ~ that's a long time! I just think we should be aware of it, as it does shed some better understanding to the specific verses in the Bible people have misinterpreted to mean other things. I find it very interesting that you can mention Nephilim to someone who knows the Bible pretty well and get a "deer in the headlights" response at best. Most of the people I have talked with believe in evolution no problem, but they could never consider the great case you make here. I found a PDF copy of Enoch here for anyone who might take a look. It has interesting introduction on why it should be Canon. Although I would never bind that to anyone. It fills a few holes as you say, and leads to a greater head scratching.

My dear, this picture was a creation of a brilliant photoshop artist named IronKite in a competition. This is not even a hoax, it is an artwork meant to express artistic vision that some bozo saw and thought was real. The original photo was from New York, the remains of a mastedon. I maintain as I have before that the bible is the Greek translation of books that cannot really be translated in another language because of the mathematical/conceptual nature of the Hebrew Language. The truth is more fantastic than its surface meaning. And unlike proof that requires fossils, all you need to prove the truth in the bible is a telescope and a microscope.

Based on how the Word is written, it would appear that the fallen angels actually had relations with human women; while the Holy Spirit (invisible) of God overshadowed Mary ~ quite a difference in conception. Likewise, the giants of old were unlike regular human beings; whereas, Christ Jesus was not a giant.
I have a hub called "Is Lucifer the Devil?" and "Lucifer: the spirit of Antichrist" I encourage you to read. It was the Dragon, the Serpent of Old, the Devil and Satan (all one in the same) that warred in heaven with Michael and his angels. The Dragon's tail swept away a third of the stars that were cast out with him. (Rev 12:3-4; 7-9)
Satan is the tempter, who was a murderer from the beginning. He opposes the truth, twists the truth and brings death to all who follow him (John 8:44). We were enslaved because of the fall of Adam and Eve, but praise God, we are set free through faith in our Lord Jesus Christ!
It's so important to study the Word and rightly divide it, for it is our salvation when it comes to Satan and his minions. Jesus combatted Satan in the desert by answering everything Satan said with, "It is written...." AMEN!
According to Enoch, the angels that sinned with women are incarcerated in Tartaroo (hell). The spirits of their offspring are the demons on the earth. The other fallen angels are still at work bringing "doctrines of demons" to mankind. Satan is used for God's purpose, which is to challenge people's hearts to either love the truth that will free them, or love evil and be enslaved to it unto death.
Until "that which is perfect comes", the return of our Lord Jesus Christ, "when we shall see face to face", we have His Spirit living within us to come against the wiles of the devil and walk in the truth (1 Cor 13:8-14:1). He gives us discernment, along with the testing by His Word, to know His voice and the voice of the Adversary (1 Cor 14:32; 1 John 4:1).

lol well seeing as i am currently a believer in the idea that the sons of God might have been plain godly people from the line of seth, i can assure you that we do not all believe that there was a pre-adamic race, infact i believe that to be an outright lie(although at one point i did go to a controversial christian baptist school that did believe in a pre-adamic race(like you i think its a hoax)also i noticed that it is obvious a lot of your ideas on this issue comes from reading the book of enoch and then reading what the bible has to say to comfirm it. well let it be known if you belive the bible was divinely inspired and therefore is like what it is today because of God, then you should note that there was a reason the book of enoch was tooken out. though if i am to believe the words of enoch then i must say that what you said is a very convincing argument and im proud(though to be honest im not sure about the whole believeing of enoch thing)like i said in another comment i have a link ive yet to find, that might enlighten you. also i was under the impression that enoch was a lost book.

Hi little brother! I just find it very hard to believe that "godly" men from the line of Seth would breed with non-believers, for that would make them "less than godly men", in my opinion. And, seeing as the husband is the head of his wife, this would contradict as well. Yes, I also do not believe in a "pre-Adamic" race, for the Bible is clear that Adam was the first man created.
Enoch was the seventh son from Adam and a prophet of God (Jude 1:14). Enoch was the son of Jared and walked with God (Gen 5:18, 22). Gen 5:24 and Heb 11:5 state that God took him ~ that he did not see death.
Now, Cain and Reuben also had sons named Enoch, but they did not author the book of Enoch. I have a link on this hub to the Book of Enoch through Amazon. That's where I got mine. There are video links to the book in the comments above, as well.
The Book of Enoch deals much more with the heavenly realm than the physical. I think that because some of the things in there are so "unfathomable" (including supernatural beings [angels] mating with humans), mankind has decided to try to explain it away as something more "fathomable". As much as people try to put God in a "humanized" box, He is Spirit and His dimension is spiritual. Even our spiritual make-up is in His image.

lol. well since every one is human and therefore not perfect than i myself dont find it too hard to believe that the godly line of seth could have sinned(i mean after all even the king david fell at one point, and the bible even says he was the most like God!) and once again by saying that men couldnt handle having the book of enoch in the bible because it was too much than your pretty much saying the bible is a man-made thing and therefore not divinely inspired(which if it was, according to your own reasoning it would include the book of Enoch) so if you began to question the validity of the men who created the bible then you question the Bible itself(and that honestly is not a good thing to try) yet it is still possible that the sons of God were angels in genesis 6 so in that regard i still admire you and your hubs for trying to prove it.
afro's mistake, respectfully, I do belive the Bible is the divinely breathed, inspired Word of God. If man decided to remove the book of Enoch, does it mean that book was not divinely inspired? I am only guessing as to why the Council took it out. The book of Jashar is also removed, yet is mentioned twice in our Bible:
Joshua 10:15 "So the sun stood still, and the moon stopped, Until the nation avenged themselves of their enemies. Is it not written in the book of Jashar? And the sun stopped in the middle of the sky and did not hasten to go down for about a whole day."
2 Samuel 1:18 "and he told them to teach the sons of Judah the song of the bow; behold, it is written in the book of Jashar."
Where is the book of Jashar? Just because it was taken out by man, does that mean it wasn't inspired by God? Not any more than the book of Enoch, in my humble opinion. Why is the Catholic Bible has apocrypha books that are not in the Protestant Bibles? MAN...and I'm not Catholic!

i wasnt saying that because david sinned his children were giants. i was using that as an example to explain why it was fully plausible that if the sons of god were simply holy people they could still be tempted and maryy the unholy(i mean after all, like i said, even david fell)) and i had said all that because in an earlier comment u had said that you found it hard to believe that if they were so holy they would marry the non-holy. also besides that i was wondering if you were under the impression that you found it hard to believe that God would destroy the whole earth with a flood just because the unholy married the holy. yet i believe at that point in time he would have done something like that. i mean after all even after he promised he wouldnt destroy the earth again he still was willing to destroy certain people for that same sin. i know this because in Deutronomy 7:1-6 he says "Neither shalt you make marriages with them(un-believers); thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughters shalt thou take unto thy son.For they will turn away thy son from following me, that they may serve other gods: so will the anger of the lord be kindled against you, and destroy thee suddenly."

Consider the following two scriptures (at least):
Num 13:33 "And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight." (KVJ)
The Apostle Paul said in 1 Cor 7:14 "For the unbelieving husband is sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified through her believing husband; for otherwise your children are unclean, but now they are holy." Would God's Law have ever changed regarding the "godly line of Seth"?
It is not contingent upon salvation ~ and you have the choice to believe what you are comfortable believing...as everyone does. I choose to believe the fallen angel theory, as the scriptures seem to confirm this view more specifically. Bless you ~

That would be the alien phenomenon. These "aliens" are actually manufactured (likely cloned) biological "robots" for the disembodied spirits, the Nephilim. Satan can't create, but only reduplicate with the material that's already created by God. Awesome read!! Me and my husband-to-be having studying the book of Enoch as well as some other missing books from the cannon. You are right on about a lot of what you are saying but I was almost confused about when you were referring to the fallen angels. Just to be clear I know that these were not the 1/3 of heaven that followed satan. Matter of fact these Watchers was assigned to be on earth for a specific purpose. Instead they decided to fratinize with the Human. My favorite part of the book of Enoch says that the Angels wanted Enoch to go before the Lord and plead their case. lol Then God said "go back and tell them they should be praying for you not the other way around. Hi Christian Craig! I haven't read all of Enoch, so I assume the Watchers were of the third of the angels that fell from heaven. The Bible doesn't give us that exact answer. In Greek it is the word “aggelos”, which means angel, messenger. From aggello (probably derived from ago; compare agele) (to bring tidings); a messenger; especially an "angel"; by implication, a pastor -- angel, messenger.
The Bible says that Lucifer (heylel ~ star of the morning, son of the dawn) was the king of Babylon (Isaiah 14:4-12). The Bible also says the king of Tyre was the anointed cherub in the Garden of Eden (Ezekiel 28:12-14).

I have heard from a soldier on the net...that some American soldiers saw a giant in Afghanistan, and some of the U.S. soldiers were eaten. they killed the giant and it is somewhere over here stored...our' government' so called... is keeping things very quiet. Hi alice! Wow, I know I would be skeptical, too. None of us has EVER seen a giant of biblical proportions. I know the Bible says "As it was in the days of Noah" (Mat 24:37) and "As it was in the days of Lot" (Luke 17:28)...this hub has to do with the giants in the days of Noah. I appreciate your heart for the Lord and how you view the government, hypocrisy in some organized churches and what is being taught or not taught in the schools. We do need to expect the end times will be unparalleled to any time in history, for these are the words of our Lord, Jesus Christ ~ "For those days will be a time of tribulation such as has not occurred since the beginning of the creation which God created until now, and never will." (Mark 13:19)

Thanks, MJ36 ~ I mention the Book of Enoch because it gives us more to think about as possibility, not necessarily fact. As I said, if it aligns with what we have in the Bible, it's interesting to consider; if it doesn't, I wouldn't give it credence. I mean, Sanctus Vesania said that the book states Enoch became the angel Metatron and Ben Janse van Rensburg, another commenter on my "Giants After the Flood" hub said the book states Satan had sex with Eve and begat Cain. Those things do NOT align with the Bible, so I toss them. Who knows how many publications of Enoch are out there ~ who knows what is legit or changed for sales? Our very Bible has been changed for publication/marketing/monetary gain....May we stick to the original languages of the Bible (and as old a translation as possible, in my opinion). Anyone who doesn't know Enoch needs to study its origin, its not one of those late 3-400 AD soap opera style magazines, that are later referred to as gnostic gospels, it existed long before Jesus and has not contradicted the bible once... these books that are much later than the bible and are vague, and contradicting, read if you like, but I am a very dedicated studier of ancient History, and a Christian, I have read the book of the dead, and any ancient texts... What I really think is amazing is how people don't see Israels role as the Holy people... they think its either racism or just God's choice but can't see the obvious reasons... It wasn't just about favoritism, read about the battles, They were fighting nephilim... The fallen angels were wanting to regain lost ground from the flood, but God chose a holy and dedicated nation, who new Enoch, and Noah, he chose the Nation of Isreal to extinguish them before they became powerful again, and they did a pretty good job, you can find the bones of men of renown and giants (mentioned in the bible many times, as philistines which is how they still pronounce Palistine the Middle East.. Philistine..etc) but you really do not see giants there anymore.... I think thats the video I had been looking for... I haven't seen it in a while, yeah!

I can't believe Enoch would have become the angel Metatron or that Satan had sex with Eve; both would contradict the Bible.
When you shared about the fallen angels wanting to regain lost ground from the flood, I realize there were a number of fallen angels that sinned with women prior to the flood and are therefore, incarcerated in the deepest abyss of Hades. We know there are still fallen angels on the earth today. I hope you will read my sequel to this, "GIANTS After the Flood" and tell me your thoughts. Most excellent Hub! I read the Book of Enoch and the Book of Jasher (available on Amazon). But I spent months tracing the history of giants in the Old Testament. The Bible gives enough evidence about giants to prove all you have said. The only reason to rebuke or argue would be stubborn denial and lack of faith in the word. These same spirits operate today. The Book of Enoch explains the evils giants taught. Yet, scripture explains all evil and sin. I've heard so much debate on this topic. No need for debate. God is not a liar! If the photos of giants are fake, so be it. There were giants, as the scripture states and that's proof enough. You did a great job with this article. I am absolutely certain that there are New York Giants and San Francisco Giants. And after reading this, I am pretty sure that there were giants way back when Noah took the boat ride, and after that. I also suspect that the fallen angels are coming back in the last days to fornicate with human women once again, as has been mentioned.
I’m just not convinced that the giants were two miles tall like you said, Judah’s Daughter. You suggest the possibility that some act of the fallen angels may have corrupted the Bible. It is perhaps more plausible that the fallen angels corrupted the Book of Enoch, particularly with respect to the size of the giants. You know, in order to make it sound more like “Jack and the Beanstalk” than inspired writing that belongs in the Bible.

We know how big dinosaurs were. We have dem bones. We got no bones for any human over 9’ tall. Not any that I believe are real. And don’t even tell me the bones are buried where we can’t find them, like in Jezebel’s bottomless pit.
Out of curiosity I just reviewed the Dead Sea Scroll fragments that pertain to this issue. Yep, they refer to really big giants rather than normal giants, as in “The offspring of these unnatural unions were giants 450 feet high.” The fragments were Aramaic, the same language of certain small portions of the Bible. There are no Hebrew manuscripts of Enoch, just a few Greek and Latin fragments, and a whole bunch of Ga’ez. I wondered if this info regarding the size of the giants was available to those early church leaders who in effect “banned” the Book of Enoch, causing it to be “lost” for well over a thousand years. Bruce brought 3 copies back to Europe from Ethiopia in the 18th century. Those copies were in the Ge’ez language and not translated into English until around 150 years later.
Is anyone besides me attempting to become fluent in Ge’ez? Libri Enoch Prophetae Versio Aethiopica. Thank God for Rosetta Stone.

You are correct in that there is no evidence in the Bible or the Book of Enoch that the fallen angels themselves were gigantic. Just the offspring. I went and looked. I assumed that since the babies were really big that the fathers may have been sorta big.

In Gen 6:1-4 we have the verses about the fallen angels and giants and then in verse 6:9 we have the verse about Noah being perfect in his generations. So who was not perfect in their generations, and why?

I will respectfully attempt to answer your following question and subsequent paragraph:

I assume you're asking about Gen 3:15 "And there will be war between you and the woman and between your seed and her seed: by Him will your head be crushed and by you His foot will be wounded."
I can understand how you would assume 'seed' has to do with carnal insimination. However, that does not appear to be the biblical meaning here.
The cross-references to Gen 3:15 are:
Romans 16:20 "The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you."
and
Rev 12:17 "Then the dragon [Satan] was enraged at the woman [spiritual Israel] and went off to make war against the rest of her offspring--those who obey God's commandments and hold to the testimony of Jesus."
Jesus addressed the 'children of the devil' in John 8:44 "You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth because there is no truth in him. Whenever he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies."
1 John 3:10 tells us, "By this the children of God and the children of the devil are obvious: anyone who does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor the one who does not love his brother."
If the Book of Enoch gives us a clue as to what the Watchers (fallen angels) taught mankind, those who practiced such things were considered 'children of the devil' or 'wicked'. If 'demons' or 'evil spirits' were yet on the earth, as the book of Enoch claims, this would then answer to the 'doctrines of demons' and their effect on mankind, even in these latter days: 1 Tim 4:1 "But the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons, by means of the hypocrisy of liars seared in their own conscience as with a branding iron, men who forbid marriage and advocate abstaining from foods which God has created to be gratefully shared in by those who believe and know the truth."
1 Peter 3:20 confirms that only eight persons were saved from the flood. The cross-references to that verse are:
Genesis 6:5 "The LORD saw how great man's wickedness on the earth had become, and that every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil all the time."
and
Genesis 7:23 "Every living thing on the face of the earth was wiped out; men and animals and the creatures that move along the ground and the birds of the air were wiped from the earth. Only Noah was left, and those with him in the ark."

Whenever I hear/read the verse from 1 Tim 4:1 you quoted, specifically the “. . . men who forbid marriage and advocate abstaining from foods . . . “ part, I can’t help but think Catholic.
If anyone should reserve the right to critique all things Catholic, it might be me. I was born and raised Catholic. The nuns smacked me on the hand in Catechism, and I wasn’t even spanking the monkey. I graduated from a Catholic University, and at that time you were required to take courses like “Philosophy of God” in addition to your typical Bible fare. All taught by priests. I got the one and only “F” in my college career in a NT course taught by a Father S. I aced all the multiple choice tests, but he trashed by essays and said although I did participate in class discussions, I was extremely disruptive. I don’t even think it was because I never raised my hand to be acknowledged like the other students and instead just said something whenever I had a point to make. I could have taken the course over from another professor to raise my GPA, but no, I was prouder of that “F” than the “A” I got in the “Philosophy of Communism.”
Oh, and listen to this. In the course “Philosophy of God,” the priest would make some outlandish assertion, to me anyway, and say to the students, “Now you go to your rooms and meditate on this, and soon it will all make sense.” I went to my room and medicated with my friends Jack (Daniels) and Jim (Beam), but it just didn’t work for me.
Why am I telling you this you may wonder. I’m cutting you some slack because I very much admire your tenaciousness in promulgating the true Word of God. When I disagree with you on some scriptural issue, you can always say, “Hey now, didn’t you flunk a basic Bible course?”

Hello grace explosion, I know where you're going with all this, but I think you may do well to get a bit more balanced with the understanding of the spiritual realm on earth, involving fallen angels (a third of them fell, and not all of them sinned with human women ~ meaning, many of them are still here in many forms). People choose whom they serve. Just as believers in Christ open themselves to receiving His Holy Spirit and submitting to His will and allowing Him to speak and work through them, there are those who open themselves to receiving the spirit(s) of Satan , submit to his will and allow him (his demons) to speak and work through them. Not all humans are either fallen angels or godly angels that pre-existed the human existiance in the heavenlies. THAT IS SIMPLY NOT SCRIPTURAL.

Judah's Daughter, I respect on your statement of faith how you state that we all must gain what we gain from scripture alone. We've all had people "tell us" based on what they see, that what we see is "simply not scriptural". I pray you will examine the scripture and pray about it. I have conviction by the Holy Spirit and state part of my personal statement of faith which I gained through over 40 years of Bible study with no doctrinal teaching by others. In fact, I am the "first to see it" in my company of saints. I was born-again at age 3 seeing Jesus face to face in full revelation in the full manifest glory of God. Perhaps God has gifted me to see certain things. I see that God has shown you certain things others do not see as of yet. And I'm certain, fellow journeyer, that denominational Christians have told you "that is simply not scriptural" based on their statement of faith. Grace is needed and patience as we share things sometimes.
The issue of the will of man and power to choose is the root sin of Satan in his fall -- and the greatest stronghold in our flesh. These were the "I will" statements of Satan by which Satan fell. It is "original sin" in demand for "free will" which automatically casts God down from His Throne and replaces God with self.
God's response, quite interestingly, is to force Satan to be born in human flesh appearing as a man. Then, God casts Satan into the lowest depths of hell with worms covering him as Satan is encased in human flesh as his punishment. Satan said he would exalt his throne above the Throne of God Most High. I believe scripture testifies God responded by creating earth, turning to the holy angels saying, "Let us make man in our image..." and causing the elect to be born from above. Contrariwise, God "trapped" Satan and the devils in human flesh... and thereby cast Satan to the ground, to the grave, and to the curse of rotting flesh in hell for the 1000 years to become... a man with the rest of the devils.
Poetic justice. Divine wrath and vengeance in punishment for great pride in demanding free will... which is original sin and very challenging for us in this flesh to recognize as original sin and evil. In fact, the story gets turned so that some say God gave them this will to do evil. Clearly, it came from "father Satan" who is the author of the demand for personal will separated from God. Scripture also states that we are not saved by human decision. Respectfully, iron sharpens iron and I simply state scriptural points.
The desire for power of will separated from God could be defined as the spirit of satan, in my view.

grace explosion, I must say that though I have not posted many of your comments, I have the direction by the LORD to at least offer you some Seed. Believe it or not, you have the CHOICE (though it's not about 'free will') to partake of it or not.
I respect anyone's experiences with the LORD, and there are some who claim to have had wonderous, miraculous experiences with angelic or 'God' appearances, including Joseph Smith (Mormonism) and Muhammad (Islam) ~ even Edgar Casey (New Age). I've had my own experiences with God and I've written about them. Bottom line is, these doctrines of demons were started somewhere ~ and we must agree, it was the fallen angels that exist even to this day.
Those angels 'fed' those who received their words and believed on them. Their followers are following the Pied Pipers to destruction. This is why we are to 'test the sprits', for those spirits are speaking through those who allowed them in and believe them. We test all things in the fear of the LORD.

The passage in Isaiah 14 you quoted is not about Satan, who is the Dragon, the Serpent of Old and the Devil (Rev 12:9; 20:2). It is about a cherub, heylel ~ aka Abaddon/Apollyon. He is the Antichrist, the king of Babylon ~ he that fell, is in the pit, and will come up from that abyss to go to his destruction (perdition) as the end-time king of Babylon. The Antichrist and Satan are separated at the beginning of the millennial reign (Rev 19:20-20:3). The Antichrist and False Prophet are cast into the Lake of Fire (Gehenna), while Satan is bound in the bottomless pit (Hades), to be released at the end of the millennial reign (Rev 20:7). When the Day of Judgment comes, Satan will join the Antichrist (beast) and False Prophet in the Lake of Fire (Rev 20:10). They are not the same.

Speaking of John 3, to be "born of water" is to be born of the mother's womb. This is the choice of husband and wife to birth a child. Jesus is saying that we must not only be "born of water" (flesh), but "born of the Spirit" (spirit), which is not a choice between man and woman (flesh), but man and God (Spirit). We must be "born again" (born twice).
The spirits of the dead Nephilim, for instance, were called evil spirits on the earth. Possession of someone is not being born as someone. The gravest sin of the Nephilim's parents (the fallen angels and human women) was copulation and the subsequent birth of these evil giants. God DOES NOT ALLOW this and destroyed the earth with a flood because of it. THOSE fallen angels who sinned in this way are already incarcerated in Tartaroo (the deepest abyss of Hades) until their final judgment to the Lake of Fire (Gehenna).
Humans are NOT pre-existent spirits born in the flesh. GOD Himself took on human flesh. SATAN cannot do that. He will empower the Antichrist (even enter him), yet the Antichrist is NOT Satan himself. Satan can ENTER a human, but though he entered Judas, Judas was NOT Satan himself. Satan and/or his minions can enter and leave the human body. God's flesh died on that cross. God's Spirit never dies and because of shedding His OWN blood (Acts 20:28), He can now dwell in us, if we choose to receive Him. This does not make us GOD HIMSELF, but children of God. Likewise, those who allow the spirit(s) of Satan IN, are children of the Devil. They do his will, while we do our Father's will. Any human can repent and that's why Jesus died. To set us free from that enslavement. We can CHOOSE whom we will serve (Josh 24:15).
Rom 6:16 "Do you not know that when YOU PRESENT YOURSELVES to someone as slaves for obedience, you are slaves of the one whom you obey, either of sin resulting in death, or of obedience resulting in righteousness?"
I've addressed the subject of SIN and righteousness to you in another comment, but to sum it up, "ALL HAVE SINNED" (Rom 3:23); "THERE IS NONE RIGHTEOUS, NO NOT ONE" (Rom 3:10) and "IF WE SAY WE HAVE NO SIN, WE DECEIVE OURSELVES AND THE TRUTH IS NOT IN US" (1 John 1:8). "Our own righteousness (through works) is as FILTHY RAGS" (Isa 64:6). "Jesus, Who knew no sin became sin for us, that we MIGHT be made the RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD IN HIM" (2 Cor 5:21).
Eph 2:8-9 "For it is by grace you are saved THROUGH FAITH [in Jesus Christ], and it's not of yourselves [your own righteous works]; it is the GIFT of GOD [gifts are just that], NOT OF WORKS [of ourselves], lest ANY MAN SHOULD BOAST [in himself]." I will BOAST IN THE LORD (Ps 34:2; 1 Cor 1:31; 2 Cor 10:17).

Therre is also a magazine publication by the same name. It's by Gary Stearman. He covers not only nephilim, but end- time prophecy, aliens/ demons, etc. I really enjoy his work, and his magazine is fantastic; I think you would enjoy it also. He recently did some research on the Book of Enoch.

Speaking of the 'last days Nephilim', in my sequel hub "Giants After the Flood" I go into the fact the Bible states there were indeed giants after the flood, and they trace back to Arba, who is NOT of the line of Noah. They inter-bred, as Goliath had not only a father, but three brothers. Though most of the Anakims/Rephaim (of the Nephilim - in that Enoch declares the spirits of the dead Nephilim were to be called evil spirits on the earth) were killed off, not all of them were! Josh 11:21-22, "yet some of them remained in Gaza, Gath and Ashdod, along the coast of the Mediterranean Sea." Pretty spooky...
AND, who currently dwells in those areas? Get this! Did you know one of the names of 'Allah' is Al-Kfahid, The Abaser, he who diminishes or decreases: "We have put chains around their necks chin high, and forced them to lift up their heads."
Now, compare this to the definition of Anakim (?Hebrew): Anaqiy, descendants of the nephil “Anak” or “Anaq”, name literally meaning “choked, collared, strangle, encompassed by a chain, necklace.”
Have the 'giants' always been among us? Are they HERE? I believe so! Secret societies, false teachers, those who seek to deceive and destroy God's children, and want to control the world, etc...it just blows my mind!

Interesting! Have you ever heard of Usama Dakdoc? He is a speaker, formerly Muslim and now Christian. He did a segment once where he explained how the name Allah was actually the moon god! I guess The bigger question for those who hold to the idea that the off spring are of the line of seth, just normal humans, is why all Giants?
That is a great question, since those that hold to the line of Seth idea consider the giants to be super tyrants. I mean, we have some serious bullies today and who wouldn't be able to take 'em down? Who wouldn't WANT to? If anything, we have to restrain ourselves to be kind to them, in spite of their tyrany. No, people were AFRAID of these giants; if they could have been taken down by mankind, God would not have intervened in such a drastic way...of course, that is my opinion.
I look at the fear those with Joshua and Caleb had of the giants (Anakim/Rephaim) in Canaan AFTER the flood - they certainly felt like 'grasshoppers' in comparison. Those giants were not as large as their fathers, the pre-flood Nephilim (Num 13:33) and certainly, Joshua and Caleb took 'em down.
Now, when we consider Isaiah 40:22, speaking of GOD - "God sits above the circle of the earth, And its inhabitants are like grasshoppers, Who stretches out the heavens like a curtain And spreads them out like a tent to dwell in", I think this not only speaking of size, but greatness/awesomeness/power...in a MAJOR WAY, don't you think? Imagine what the Nephilim were like?

A very interesting read! A theory I will have to delve a little more into. I do not give credence to anything outside the Bible or written by Bible scholars and backed up by biblical scripture. I am not saying that the fallen angels did not lie with human woman, only that I have more to look into. Obviously I believe in biblical giants, Goliath was a giant! Very good Hub!
